What is your check-in and check-out time? Can I have a late check out?
Our check-in time starts at 3 p.m. and our check-out time is by 11 a.m. Late check out is available according to availability. For your convenience, we have Departure Lounge right next to our main lobby. The lounge is equipped with shower room, towel, and bath amenities.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, daily breakfast is included for all room bookings at our main restaurant.
How far is the airport from the hotel and do you offer an airport shuttle?
It takes only ten minutes by vehicle to go from the hotel to the airport. You may use our resort's airport shuttle service for IDR 300.000 per car, one way. The private vehicle's ideal seating capacity is five people, including the driver.

Where I can exchange money?

Is there any ATM Machine in the resort?
Unfortunately, there aren't any ATMs inside our resort, however there are several ATMs nearby and they're all within walking distance. The ATMs will be on your right once you leave the resort and walk for 2 minutes (300 m) and it accept national and international bank cards.
Is it possible to add an extra bed in the Deluxe and Deluxe Pool Access rooms?
To maintain the spacious design of our Deluxe rooms, extra beds are not available in this room category. However, the rooms are thoughtfully designed to offer maximum comfort, complete with premium Sensatia Botanicals amenities and daily mini bar refreshments.

We offer multiple dining venues including our main restaurant, beach bar, and poolside dining.

I don’t have time to come to the restaurant for breakfast. Do you have a breakfast box service?
We offer a breakfast box service. You can contact our reception or call our call center using your room phone to place an order. The breakfast box can either be delivered to your room or picked up at the concierge lobby.
Where are the designated breakfast locations for each room type?
If you are staying in the Deluxe or Deluxe Pool Access rooms, your breakfast will be served at Kunyit Restaurant. Immerse yourself in the Bali Aga design ambience as you savor a diverse range of breakfast options. While if you are staying in the Premiere room category or above, Sands Restaurant is the designated venue for your breakfast. Indulge in a delightful meal with captivating beachfront view featuring an array of delectable food options. If you are staying in the Deluxe Category but wish to upgrade your breakfast experience to Sands Restaurant, you have the option to do so. Please note that an additional charge of IDR 100,000 per person will apply.

Our pools are available for your enjoyment during the following hours: Leisure Pool: 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sands Pool: 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. Main Pool: 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. Deluxe Pool: 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, all pools close promptly at their designated times for routine maintenance and water treatment. This process includes pH level balancing and other necessary procedures to maintain optimal water quality.
